The BBF Phase Training Plan is a unique training system built by our founder, Ben Alderton. It is based around what he calls “The 3 Phases of Fitness” which includes; muscular endurance, hypertrophy and strength. It is completely bespoke and based on your ability and goals, which will determine the phase you start in. The BBF Phase Training Plan is an all-in-one solution usually based over 6 to 12 weeks and builds a package of sessions, 9 tailored workouts, tailored nutrition and 24:7 accountability.
We currently cover a large portion of Berkshire with hubs in Newbury, Reading, Maidenhead and surrounding areas. We serve clients at our gym, at their homes or in outdoor spaces around these areas. So, whatever your preference, we can help you.
The sky is the limit. We can help you achieve anything, but it does start with you. If you are serious about getting results, you’ll get them because our guidance has been proven to work when you do. Our clients’ range from general health winners, extreme weightloss triumphs, bodybuilding champions, marathon runners, Royal Air Force and Navy starters and much more. You can achieve anything you want to achieve!
This will depend on your level of commitment outside of personal training. If you’re extremely motivated to use our advice and train on your own, you can consider less sessions per week. If you are not so motivated, you may want to consider more. As a rule of thumb, you should aim for one per week but any more should accelerate your progress.
